Welcome to Next Chapter Clean Out ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website www.NextChapterCleanOut.com (the "Site") and any services offered through it.

By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

 

1. Services

Next Chapter Clean Out provides junk removal, hoarding cleanouts, debris pickup, and related services throughout San Mateo County, CA. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

 

2. Estimates and Pricing

Pricing provided on the Site is for reference only. Final pricing may vary based on volume, item type, location, and labor required. Quotes are non-binding until a written or confirmed agreement is made.

 

3. Booking and Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled through our Site, by phone, or by email. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

 

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments. A late fee may be applied for unpaid balances after 14 days.

 

5. Prohibited Items

We do not remove or transport hazardous materials (e.g., asbestos, chemicals, biohazards) unless explicitly arranged. We reserve the right to refuse service if items are deemed unsafe.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Liability for damages is limited to the total amount paid for the services rendered.

 

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with its proper functioning. Any misuse of the Site or harassment of our staff will result in termination of services.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Next Chapter Clean Out and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
